TRANSLATION SERVICES

26 Years Experience
Fast, Inexpensive, Professional

How much your translation will cost? It depends on several things, including:
number of words the documents contain
type of document (legal, technical, etc)
how fast the documents need to be delivered

I offer my clients three (3) ways to get a quick and accurate quote:

  • Upload the documents to my website. Once the information is received a no-obligation quote will be provided in under 6 hours.
  • Fax the documents to my office. Click on Contact Me for the fax number. I will provide a quote within 6 hours of receiving your fax.
  • Bring the documents to my office and I will provide a quote to you immediately.

When I’ve reviewed the documents I will call you with the cost estimate. And if you require, I will send you an email confirming my quotation in writing. Once the documents are ready to be picked up, I will give you a call to arrange a pick-up time or delivery.

Translation Times

The amount of time to translate a document depends on various factors, including the number of words, complexity and how quickly it needs to be done. Typically I recommend the following:

  • For short documents (IDs, birth certificates) - usually 24 hours
  • For long and technical documents - 72 hours to one week
  • For extra-long and complex documents – discuss with client to come up a mutually agreeable deadline

And you’ll only pay for what you need. I can help you decide which documents need translation to meet the requirements of Canadian institutions so you don’t incur unnecessary translation expenses. Plus, you’ll have an opportunity to review the translations before they’re delivered, ensuring you’re happy with the final documents.
