Q- How much do you charge for translation?
A- This is a difficult question to answer without seeing the documents. Translation costs depend on the length and type of the documents and how fast you need them.

Q- How can I get a quote?
A- Fax, email or bring me your documents to my office. You will receive a no-obligation quote.

Q- If I don’t accept your quote what will you do with the documents I submitted?
A- I will keep them for 4 to 5 days in case you change your mind. After that time, I will destroy them.

Q- Do you provide same day translation services?
A- Yes. If you have an emergency I can provide same-day service, depending on the length of the document(s) in question. An additional rush fee will apply. See the fee chart.

Q- How fast can you do my translation?
A- It will depend on how fast you want the documents done. Generally I provide three service choices: expedited (1 hour); same day and regular services (8 hours). See the fee chart.

Q- Can I fax you my documents?
A- Yes. My fax number is on the Contact page.

Q- My documents are scanned. Can I send them to you by email?
A- Yes. You can either Upload them to my website or e-mail them to me. However keep in mind that sometimes scanned documents are too large to email as attachments. The file size limit for most emails is 10 MB.

Q- What scanned file formats will you accept?
A- Any of the following formats will work: PDF, text, or image files (JPG, GIF, TIFF, etc.).

Q- I live outside Metro Toronto. Can I still use your services?
A- Yes, but I will need to communicate with you via email, so you can check your translation for omissions or errors before I send you the final work. Once approved by you, I can send the translations and/or originals to you by the courier of your choice.
